I recently spend three weeks in Spain- and here's what i have gathered lots of information about Spainsh products and brands. How the Spainish hosptiality industry works.

Its a great place and despite going through a tough recession the F&B industry appears resilient. I spent time in Barcelona, Madrid and Andalucia and I'll bring articles from here and the rest of Spain.

 

I look forward to showing you the fantastic place i visited and lesson learnt as there's more to Spain than Paella and Sangria. To be honest i didn't have a nice paella anywhere- typically they were overcooked even if we ordered a specially made one.
