A family firm based in the North of England dates back to 1905 producing and selling ginger beer in stone jars. In 1988, the family re-established time-honoured production methods using original recipes and 100% natural ingredients. In autumn 2007 Fentimans launched the world’s first botanically brewed cocktail mixers including traditionally made Tonic Water.

Fentimans Tonic Water is special. Like other Fentimans drinks, it is brewed. Into large vats are poured the crucial ingredients – an organic grain base, milled quinine bark and lemongrass from Asia, cane sugar and purified water. The mixture stands to extract flavour and allow those flavours to marry. It is then pasteurised to stabilise the volatile oils and fix the flavours. There’s 0.5% trace alcohol in Fentimans Tonic as a result of the brewing process so the tonic blends with the spirit.

Is occasionally available in certain bars in S E Asia; reportedly at Jones the Grocer. Contact; Sales Enquiries sales@fentimans.com http://www.fentimans.com 6 Rear Battle Hill Hexham, Northumberland United Kingdom NE46 1BB.
